Not quite right? No problem! Van Heusen offers FREE returns within 30 days of purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Van Heusen item, you can return it within 30 days—at no cost to you.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or clearance (ending in .99c).

  • Returns received after 30 days or not meeting the conditions above will not be refunded or returned.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method at the purchase price.

Clearance Returns

Clearance purchases/items (all items with prices ending in .99c) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges at the moment.
